Any other ideas from the Tampa folks as to what areas I should focus on, contacts in the area, or just any other ideas in general about buying a STR in Tampa?

Just curious on feedback from members on the forum how their syndications went/are going.

This is my first time doing this, so I want to understand the most efficient way to do so.

From what I understand title companies are mandatory to settle in PA.
