Hello Wholesalers of New Jersey,I wanted to get everyone's take on Co-Wholesaling....How often do you find yourself co-wholesaling?  

We may also need them in the future for rental property related work.We're also looking for a CPA for consultation on entity structure from a taxation perspective, and to assist us with tax strategies to make sure our money is working for us in the best way possible.We are located in South Jersey and would prefer to find someone in New Jersey that we could meet face-to-face and development a long-term business relationship with.

Also, please share any information about seminars or meeting groups that are held in central New Jersey.

Now that I am back working in the Philadelphia area(I live in Mt Laurel), I have been following the BP boards, listening to some podcasts, etc and am now looking to buy my first rental property.I am interested in real estate rentals/ buy, fix and holds in the South Jersey and Philadelphia areas.
