With COVID, how is everyone introducing themselves to tenants?

This is my first time writing on BP, and I'm excited to introduce myself...I am a local here in Tucson, AZ and I am currently looking to get into the field of real estate investing here in my hometown.

After listening to an amazing number of podcasts and surfing the forums for quite some time, I thought I should finally introduce myself.

I've been wanting my first investment to be a multi unit, preferably to house hack in, too.WELL...I was just sitting outside.. when, for the FIRST time ever, a man came walking into his backyard of the duplex next door - where I've never seen any movement of any kind over the year or so I've lived in the duplex I'm in.He introduced himself as the owner, and seems very motivated to sell.

I just wanted to introduce myself and I look forward to participating in this forum and learning all about Real Estate Investing.A bit about myself: I'm a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and have been in uniform for the last 18 years with the last five years as a full-time member.
