There are so many changes being instituted by the administration( Jarrett, Reisch, and Rahmbo), that it will be difficult to EVER return to fiscal responsibility or bail ourselves out of the hole we're in, imo.

More advanced college institutions (I went to college in Indiana, but got to admit not many places have Caltech, Stanford and the top rated public system UC, which is 10 schools all in one state) and ability to tap into the brain economy (i.e. tech) can't be discounted either.You definately have to buy only in certain times here though and it is tough to find cash flowing deals.

Financial literacy is one of the things sorely missing among our citizenry, in my opinion.If the Department of Energy--which has done literally nothing since its inception to make our nation energy independent--can be a Cabinet, I don't see why a Department of National Financial Literary can't be instituted.
