Hey All,I work for an apartment remodeling company and am house hacking a duplex of my own.

Now have a sizable property management company, and do deals with guys who were first my landlord at rental arbitrage spots.

I run an STR management company in the Great Portland (Maine) area.

I have properties I have not visited in a long time  and have a property management company do the repairs.

I hope this helps you find what people/companies you need as you put all the pieces together.

I would like to know that as well, as the few property management companies that I have used have not been at all satisfactory. 

I check with our power company to see if there is an outage.

It was granted to some water company, but it looks like what I suspect to be general easement terms for ingress and egress that would give him right to use my driveway after all, bummer...
