Should I invest in northern Colorado again?

We have a close family member who has a property in Denver, CO that has been a restaurant for over 20 years.

As an alternative to turnkey, I have more recently focused my buy and hold investing with a company that offers interests in portfolios of 10 SFRs at a time, that are co-owned by the managers for diversifying and aligned interests.  

I am doing a cash out refi of one of my rentals and want to either find a good flip or another rental property with good cash flow in Denver Metro area.

If the circuits are move badly co-mingled, it might be necessary to rewire the building, or just include the electricity in the rent.

-If above requirements are not met; Apartment can still be rented with a lease Co-Signer that has a Credit score of 680 or higher.

Make sure with any deal you buy they're going through a legitimate title company and any funds you pay are to the title co to set in escrow until closing.Good luck, hope this deal works out for you.
