I got the feeling that Dallas is expanding rapidly and the supply is dropping while demand continues to rise.

I've been happy overall with the experience and would continue to use them.

Continually learn and network with like-minded people and/or those that are successful in what you want to do and who you meet at local real estate clubs and events that are real and just not a sales gimmick.As an investor you must do the opposite of most others do to be successful. 

Louis and Cleveland.In other words, the rental market is going to be just fine, as the lower income folks continue to suffer.

@John Underwood - I am leaning toward continuing to rent if they pay on time for the reasons you mention about knowing that I knew eventually I would have to returb.
