Thanks for raising the question @Jimmy Klein and interesting thoughts @Bryan Hancock .The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has had the ball in their court since February 3rd, 2014, the day the comments from the american public were due.

Anyone else have a reply or comment to this? 

@Edwin DuranI'm a buy and hold investor so can't comment on the wholesaling part, but have bought HUD homes in the past.

In most places there are fines for doing so.If you are looking for listings or comps, your agent can set up a search for you and have them emailed. to you automatically If you want to be able to access all the areas of MLS and see brokers comments, etc.

I find it interesting how if I work a 60 hour work week she comments how nice it is I am working to support us, when I mentioned my goal of wanting to buy 50 rentals it is I am worried that you are obsessed with making money.

I like the comment above about making sure the tenant's washer is installed correctly ourselves.

@Mark Ferguson Mark I should have couched my comments with someone as old as Me does not have the energy to be a top producer and top home flipper!..

@Mark Graffagnino We were thinking that we'll probably match it to the furnace, but your comment about the extra deposit brings up another issue.

The wording of this comment does not lead me to believe it is a necessity such as structural or health risks, but rather a building that could use some improvements.
