For this to work, I would need to claim my home office as primary.How is that decided?

Due to the series of complaints from the mother we decided to offer him a bedroom in a vacant 1 bedroom unit owned by the mgt company and forgive the remaining 3 months on the lease in order to access the wall insulation in his bedroom.- Feb 17 parents of brothers in the unit call saying they need their kids out of the house due to bronchitis and a skin rash on one brother.

I'm trying to decide between getting a Home-equaty Loan or Refinance a property that I have to raise money to use it in a next investment.

The alternative for me was not to buy the properties and make nothing.you always run the risk that they decide not to renew.. this is what took down so many investors in 08.. when all banks decided NOT to renew.. keep that in mind.. not predicting it or anything like that .. but a note due in 5 years is due and its the banks discretion to renew.. not an obligation to renew.

My original thought was to keep it as a condo for now because that left us with the option of selling just one of the units if we ever decided we wanted to, but then if we decided we wanted to mortgage it or sell the whole thing, we would convert it to multi-family.  

Its kinda simple math to decide the best approach.
