Living in San Diego I think my eventual goal/ plan will be to do out of state investing since the cost out here is much higher then other places.

My real estate goal right now is to buy a house that is in rough shape, work on it myself, and move in as soon as possible to get out of renting.

The goal is to pile up enough cash to buy large value-add multi-family, storage units, mobile home parks, not exactly sure yet.

Its definitely my goal but I fear Boston is at its peak and it won't double in price again in our lifetime. 

The main goal is to weed out tire kickers and those who wont qualify, as well as pre-screen to reduce the amount of time you waste.
