Other issues can keep you from obtaining financing as well.Inspections being acceptable, with acceptance generally given within a time frame.I suggest you stick to standard agreements and not guruized internet ideas.

This is a very broad question, so I'll give you the very broad answer:Because the price is too high.There can be a lot of reasons why the price is too high - ie the property is not in good condition, not a good area of town, area values are declining, etc - but it all comes back to the price.There are a few exceptions (but very few).

I doubt any BPer will be able to give you a number for your market area, you should perhaps ask a house inspector, Realtor, and take analysis of your own comp data to try and determine a price.Also, you NEED the comps close by. 1/3rd of a mile or closer if possible.You'll be getting your comps from a Realtor, not Zillow, not Realtor.com, not Trulia.com, or any other internet site.
