I have used Visio Lending for several loans over the last 5 years.Did the last ones last year, rate was mid 5% for 30 years, 70% LTVWhen COVID started their funding dried up, but I heard they recently restarted but with higher rates for now.Just got a flier in the mail from LendingOne, saying they’re doing rental loans starting at 5.99%, no details.
