He said through robots and automation he has cut his staff from 17,000 3 years ago to 7500 today.. now granted those machines he buys are a million a piece.. and one factory I looked at personally in Malaysia had over 100 of them on the floor.. 

@Aidan MulliganYou couldn't pay me $10,000 a month to deal with section 8....its not the tenants...its the office staff...its the useless government workers that ruin it.

Many CRE investors don't care to be landlords and they like the efficiency of larger properties (on-site staff, professional team (management, lenders, brokers, vendors), inexpensive vendor specialists (flooring, paint, HVAC, other trades), single location, cost segregation).

Do they have people on staff that can take care of maintenance issues when they arise?

What is not a joke is that Cardone fired most of his staff without notice last month. 

I don't have a CRM or any of that stuff my staff handles it.. but I did give the mac to my wife and she likes it OK. our kids love theirs..

And after you've done a few, you don't need the coaches help, so why would you give him 50% on deals where he (or his staff) did little or nothing to help you score that deal.REI gurus are NEVER a good deal.  

Due to the advance in technology and not being bound to a specific location, investors who live in an area where economic conditions are still favorable will continue to buy in the USA and therefore continue to push prices and the “bubble” gets even bigger worldwide before it pops in such a devastating way like never been seen before....
