I've made it into the mid 30's and had no idea there were so many ways to invest in real estate.Between the podcast, E-books, forums post/articles and other resources on the website, I have found a great place to learn more about real estate and continue my journey towards financial independence. 

The numbers are acceptable and modest but the education has been significant and after failing to come to a deal with two other properties we were happy to get our hands dirty.

You should have a minimum acceptable cash flow per door already in mind.

It stinks that you are researching the eviction progress before you have accepted them as tenants!

Any websites to find out property`s sqft in NJ?

I am getting pretty frustrated because every offer I have put on a property with the intention of renovating has not been accepted and when I find out how much it ended up going for my offer is always significantly lower even though most of the time I go in above asking price.

Hello guys...anybody aware of any form needs to be signed by the buyer when selling in AS IS condition beside the contract...I heard there should be a final walk through before the closing and the buyer needs to sign acceptance form of AS IS...anybody know how to get that form if exist?
