I take back roads because of the traffic and have seen some possible locations that look promising.

Gero,National tenants have certain demographics, traffic counts, going home versus going to work sides, sight line requirements, number of parking spaces, etc.You center might not be prime for them.

So, that might increase traffic, once you're shown interest in renting something. 

Many years ago, I was served with papers for a medical claim from a traffic accident about a week before the 4 year time limit after the accident closed. 

IF you have a lot of foot traffic then you could also place a sign on the door/building indicating the upcoming open house (and then day off.. signs pointing to open house.. hang balloons, etc). 

With them fostering safety it makes me work more hours but it ‘ok’ with me.Htown traffic is terrible I couldn’t imagine how NY, LA, or Chicago’s is.Good talkBennie
