Finally got the opportunity to move back home and work locally, that means possibly moving back in with the parents as the markets so hot and things are moving so fast so ill be able to save some money and not rush into anything. 

Does anyone know of an automation tool that will post listings rentals investors wanted ads to all the relevant channels in use today?

My question is we could start smaller and build up , let there learning curve catch up so to speak or go bigger and speedup the pace . i am not going crazy risky but would like to start at say either 3 or 4 triplexs / fourplexs or just go commercial .

Most AirBNB hosts manage their own property to keep costs down and their profits up but I do see (at least in our area) that some owners are gone during certain times of year and having someone local to do the day-to-day stuff helps.

I purhased and flipped my first home (live in flip) and am in my second home today.

Do I have a competent attorney ready to act TODAY when I call him?

I just went down the the Office of the Zoning Administrator in Baltimore City today and I was told that units can't be added to a building in zoning codes R1 - R6 (e.g. you can't turn a 3 unit into a 4 unit). 

If you are finding good deals, then this would help help you grow fast and maintain or grow your capitol.
