My Story...I am an Irish - French Canadian immigrant son from Arlington, MA, Mom from So Weymouth, Dad from inner city Irish Dorchester.He used to tell me of the Irish gangs in the 40s and and 50s, before it is now.He showed me a photo, black and white, on a bar NO DOGS OR IRISH ALLOWED.He broke out of that by getting to med school.

I've personally witnessed quite a few folks be denied apartments for obviously discriminatory reasons with virtually no recourse available, so setting the bar for advertisements at "not discriminatory" seems a reasonable level.

One of my bartenders has 12 houses at over 1 mil, he doesn't really know much about real estate as he inherited 10 and bought 2, he just loves bartending as a young guy and runs the bar!

If it appears reasonable they will let if fly, if not, they can tag the client, maybe you too.A person in a nursing home will generally have thier capacity to contract questioned, if not up front, after the fact, so I suggest having the contract notarized by the nursing home staff, while not required normally, it certainly bars them from making any claim and will only aid in any other claims.
