You may have to wait 6 months to refi but that’s three months away no biggie just save some money, talk to lenders and get ready for the next property

. $500 a month sounds wonderful, but is it really going to end up being 500 for three months then spend 4k on a repair and come out making 2k at the end of the year assuming no other repairs.  

I pay multiple phone reps an hourly wage and then a bonus for any appointment they set that we close on. 

There are a few townships around Charlotte, like Mint Hill...that will appreciate a little bit more (most are already overpriced)But for the reasons you mentioned, I would stick to driving distance of CharlotteGastonia, Monroe and Concord are three cities within driving distance of Charlotte. 

I got three cards from them at one point at the same time.

I specialize in Dorchester and right now, the average asking price for a three-family is over $1,000,000!

This will help avoid many gray areas If they ask if there are offers I usually say:No but we have x amount of showings in the next 48 hours.

I'm familiar with the st. lucie area and looked there last year as it is only an hour north of me. 

3- timeframe, probably several months of living in a construction zone, not fun.4- there are other options for you to "house hack " and be profitable and retain the value of your house, without people stomping around above your head at all hours of the night.
