I've been one of those speculators for some time now and I'm ready to turn this speculation into a investing career.

This is a career change for me. 

We don't have a ton of cash to start off with but do have some and that can change any given month depending on how I do at my sales job.Through my sales career I have greatly valued mentors and am looking to find a few mentors in real estate through BP.

After a 30 year career as a Certified Financial Planner, I joined my wife as a Realtor in Northeast Ohio. 

I LOVE my career, and I'm sure you will as well!

I am here to learn about investing in multifamily rental properties and maybe one day be able to leave my job as a dockworker and pursue investing in real estate as a career. 

The hardest part is going to be starting into such an involved community and career path while working 50 or so hours a week during normal business hours.

Eventually, wanting to make this a career 

Recently, due to some health problems and other issues, it looks like I will need to change careers.
