Hello all, my name is Ryan Rippinger, I dont really have much knowledge or background in real estate.

I have very little background in real estate investing/ land-lording.

My wife and I both have a sales background and we both understand lead generating is means the life and death of our business (and our dreams).

To give you some background on it, I own a vacant piece of land that I want to place 2 to 3 mobile homes on and rent out (about 1.4 acres).

I don't intend on liquidating my 401k so it is technically false advertising.

Get someone who can be interested in RE, have lunch, make friends, teach them a bit, you may be the mentor in many ways on the technical side.

I'm still a bit confused, but realize that whoever I use to set this up will know all these technical details.For instance when Doreen says: "Your company will have one Solo(k) plans with two participants - you and your wife

For example: Available cash, credit, skillsets (construction background, finance, etc), time available.Once you determine a course of action, there is ample help right here at BP.
