We were wanting to team up with someone to provide value and show what we can do.We are just in the dilemma of houses we run numbers on are under contract the next day.

He is based in Chicago, though, but is licensed in other states and has a team that helps him.

I would also love it if anyone could refer an experienced team that could install hvac (preferrably heating AND cooling) once the old system is out. :)We finally settled on the deal, to be closed on the 10th. 

However, I don't want to put a foot in that area, so I am working to build a team (property manager, handyman, etc) even before I start looking a properties there.

2- I've read a lot about turnkey companies, but i'm uncomfortable with how they lump together their broker, lender, property manager, etc and they all play on the same team, with interest in not necessarily getting you the best deal, but primarily in making a sale (at a premium rate).

Now we know what it takes, what to look for, and we are building our team.
