I want to start working with the Profit First model, as @Julian Bankston says above. 

We are a smaller, fully service, family-owned boutique style company with a focus on transparency and communication.

It was long enough a time period to get the business established and see if the model paid enough to cover a regular mortgage (it does).

Took me about a dozen years to finally leave but I was making on average just under 100k a year.And then you started a Flight Club style pipeline of investors and started doing your own syndicated deals across the country.

We even bought a little park model on a golf course in Casa Grande AZ, and still have it.

BOA is one of the chief advocates of this obviously stupid banking and lending model.

Again, I like the "just go talk to people" style, but was ready to lead conversations if there were too few people or it looked like it wasn't really hitting it off.For yours, what things do you know about?

My area is all nicer acreage style lots.

The Longview group is led by Doug Toon and it is getting started still a fellowship round table style 

He likes this model because they are short term turn arounds and a quick turn on his money.
