Another way would be to take the money to Hong Kong and transfer it as there are no restrictions in Hong Kong.As for taxes and filing, we've applied for a social security number for the brother and will be filing the appropriate tax returns 1040NR (nonresident).

Hi, you might install a keyed lock as well, tell them the keyless system is only used when the property is occupied.Also, you can also require them to provide adequate safety measures, perhaps the key needs to be under the safekeeping of two individuals, noy just one, a sign out sheet and proof of ID for only authorized persons to obtain the key.

The ONLY way that you could have been added to the company would be if you added yourself (or if someone did access your account).I strongly advise you to change your password right away.I'm not sure where you are accessing the site from, but if you do so from a public or work computer, you should ALWAYS be sure to log out (this goes for any social site or email account, of course).

Memphis did get hit hard in this list but they took in a ton of the Katrina refugees who were not mobile enough to get out so you have an artificial pumping in of a lot of social welfare liabilities and miserable people.I'm happy to say that I moved out of a top 10 miserable area into one that doesn't even approach that list.
