It's going smooth so far.I know others on this thread are talking about how running a SS property is work, and I agree it is.

This does not mean I don’t still plan for cap ex, I do; but I position myself to have a higher likelihood of smooth sailing early on when I buy immediately after a full rehab (a rehab done intentionally for the purposes of renting it out).

You have some cash flow and I assume you have decent W2 income as well to keep you moving if you hit some bumps in the road (don't assume it will all go smoothly).  

What do I need to do to make this smooth?

When you speak with the loan officer, just confirm they can do this and it should be smooth sailing.
