If the tenant wanted to have another key, they would need to notify you first, but it's their responsibility to notify the postal service to get another key and they would need to pay for the key, not you.

I contacted their customer service department and they indicated that the way counties in NJ provide their information does not coincide with the way List Source gathers Absentee landlord.

One place even allowed you to book by the MINUTE (for instance, a $30 service charge, plus $0.16 cents a minute) with a $70 minimum (meaning you would have to book AT LEAST four hours.)A further example: One hotel allows you to book a room from 2pm-8pm for $100.

Then I start to think what if I call up other wholesalers and offer my services.

We as a community tend to let things go because it "isn't worth the hassle" but this attitude is often responsible for the continuation of this kind of behavior and you would be providing a valuable community service. 

There are numerous national QI services and that is all they do and our fees typically cluster in a small range.
