Can anyone share their experience investing in this area?

Hey, i'm currently a 16 year old still in school working a part time job, my plan is to save and get a small passive income throughout uni by looking at shares and real estate.

I'm primarily interested in buy and hold but also just looking for general advice and shared knowledge!

Certainly, i will get to read all the chapters at some point, but i'm asking a guidance if either someone share their experiences or guide me which chapter that i need to read to get the information.Thank you.

He has a podcast, and was generous in sharing how he does it at the meetup.

I don't anticipate needing to add or spend funds from the account on any regular basis outside of paying the property tax on the land each year.Anyone have any thoughts on the subject to share?

Are those legit investments, or does anybody have different experiences they can share?
