Well, at least properly imagine your circumstances, desires, and lifestyle if you had that kind of $$$...not sure I would have even understood the humor of this $3-400K ago.

This is not desirable for the syndicator.   

Regardless of their race, ethnicity, creed, gender, sexual orientation, country of origin, profession, eye color or favorite flavor of ice cream. 

In my experience, homes with 3-4 BR and 3-4 FullBA are highly desired by young professionals and they will pay more, especially near a metro.

That way you'd be able to offer AC as well and that would definitely increase the desirability of your place. 

Everyone seems baffled, but for some people it's a desired location,  or they don't mind the 20-30 minute commute!    

At this point in my life, I really want no debt and cash flow is my primary desire. 

Until supply increases - sellers will be in complete control especially in affordable/desirable markets.

I'm caught between this idea that the market is too hot and overvalued at present and the desire to just hurry and get started but I'm afraid I'll pay too high because of FOMO.
