The stats page can also give you some useful information as well and this found at the bottom of each page.I don't know of any tool here that counts all of the votes an individual receives or otherwise breaks out the influence points.

Many times you can fill the cracks with an epoxy crack filler which isn't expensive.The bottom line is that it may not need to be repaired.Good Luck,Bob

In my top/down unit, the bottom unit fetches 30% more in rent so they get access to it.

However the rent is under market value  so we planned to raise the rent to $650 to bring it up towards the bottom end of market value because the unit does need some repairs and we don't want to have both units empty while we make repairs.
