I pay about $2 a square foot for that.

But I’d like to put together some cost information and figure out profit per square foot, how long it would take for us to recoup our investment, etc., so that I can present this information to the rest of the board and the community.

I could also do wall heaters, because these units will only be in the 700-800 square foot range.Any recommendations?

Since you’ll be occupying the unit, I would approach the purchase from a cost per square foot perspective, not cap rate.
