A DSCR loan allows investors to qualify for real estate financing based on the property’s rental income, not their personal income.

Do they pay on time?

I run a Real Estate Call center.

I sold real estate there the last few years.

I mean just look at where you personally live.. top ranked schools have the highest priced real estate 97.3 % of the time.

Additionally, property taxes and HOA fees are often higher in these developments, and it might take time for rental rates to stabilize.

@Mike Grudzien well, they didn't accomplish it the first time but I do think they can make it work if they hit the nail on the head with their 5 points.

I hear the same story about how the general economy, my length of time owning the business, etc are reasons credit unions (same ones who were on board before I bought the brewery) are now not willing to finance.
