When they begin to pick up on the financial restitution and fines available to them and understanding how lucrative financial laws can be, they may well stop chasing an ambulance and start  driving for dollars looking for Rent-To-Own signs!

Might provide more leads to the agent, because... it's not just that agents want to get their listings sold, they also want to pick up buyers, and saying they can get a free buying report could be the lead generation magnet.

I decided that I did not know enough about any of this, so I pick out what I wanted to do, Buying and Flipping, and rentals.

Also helpful to me was pick an reo, and completely run a mock situation that includes everything you can think of.  

Once you have identified the handful of heavy hitters, I would suggest volunteering in their office as much as you can.Even it it's just cleaning or answering phones - you will pick up some good tid-bits through osmosis.  

So far the home is currently in lis pendas  deed is still under the late fathers name. the only thing that confuses me is the fact that the property taxes are going to a random address to this other person who is actually paying the taxes on time. now i don't know what my next move should be, any suggestions or ideas of what i should do next cause i'm stuck..... i hope my story makes sense
