@Joe Crooks -  like the rest of the guys have said it is more about the company than the place (though Im biased and would push for Memphis...)I'd also add to check out things that are city/state specific like taxes and tenant laws.  

It definitely helps with that small push for more qualification.

No kind of entity structure, paper pushing, estate planning whatever you want to call it will help make it make sense later.Deals are getting harder and harder to find, not just in California honestly.

Heather Thompson I recently change my drafter, I found them at a local b&s copy store, it will be challenging if you need a city's code, that will mean it's going to be really local, it would be best if they know 90% and have the 10% push by the city's b&s.

I'm currently enlisted in the military but I am trying to push towards a career that I'm more interested in pursuing.

I've got a massive, 3,400 square foot house that is right next door to a car wash, corner store, and a newly redeveloped highway (construction almost complete).It's got 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room, and extra room (used to be single garage).  

What is apparent today is that the next decade will bring with it increasing population of two major U.S. renter demographics which will encourage a push toward more urban type amenities in suburban multifamily development.

I always tell people its better to take your time and not rush into something, but at the same time many of us who tend to over analyze need to set goals and push ourselves a little bit to take the 'leap'. 

The more you're willing to struggle and reduce yourself to just "surviving", the quicker you will get to you goal. think of it as a foot race, the harder you push yourself and the more you suffer, the quicker you will reach that finish line.
