I got a letter from the County Public Works Dept. today stating that although my paving contractor applied for permits for our driveway, the pre-installation inspection didn't occur, and therefore, the permits were not issued before the driveway at my property was installed.

Even in my thread a few people thought it was a "bash" on wholesalers and to the contrary I pointed out many instances of what NOT to do so that one can be a viable and profitable wholesaler. yes, there are many nasayers and bashers here, typical of any large public site with many opinions, however, let the record be set straight that wholesaling is NOT illegal, immoral, corrupt, or any other negative word.
