I’m currently a student at Kennesaw State University I’m only 22 years old right now I’m hoping to become a real estate agent so that I can one day become a broker my question is what are the major differences between having a real estate license and simply investing in real estate.

The key is to screen properly, collect a deposit commensurate with the level of risk a particular tenant presents, and have tight processes in place to stop problems early.

Lets start by stating that they have to be licensed, which is required by law including going through extensive background checks, be financially fit themselves, and go through education on laws and mortgage practice.
