The banks have all been drafting their policy and procedures manuals since then and presenting them to the courts.

There are what I consider to be inaccuracies with it if you want to get into the weeds, but it is great for a first pass screening procedure and is highly educational2.

If they don't show, follow the procedure and post a "pay or quit" notice as soon as you can.
