I would prefer to get out of the condo even sooner to reinvest my capital in a property that opens more doors than it closes. 

We inherited a tenant with a breed prohibited by our preferred carrier.  

Preferably a traditional side by side duplex or triplex or a property that would allow an Airbnb with a private entrance (not a rent by the room fan).I’m not looking to buy until the next 8-12 months and know the current multi-family supply is quite limited making it even more of a challenge.

I don't think you can buy into a non-warrantable condo (an investor complex) with a VA loan, but please, whoever is more knowledgeable than I am, correct me if I'm wrong.So my own (semi-uneducated, with what I could find out in half an hour about the area) strategy would be to try to qualify for a loan for the best (numbers-wise) property that I could get with at least 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathroom preferred if I could get it, where I'd be able to rent out after I left.

Hi,I am looking for a real estate lawyer either in NYC or Jersey City to draft up an operating agreement for a multi-member LLC but having a hard time coming across one.If we can use the same lawyer for closing on a property - that would be preferred. 

Typically if you want to take outsized returns the LP wants a preferred return of 8-12% to be paid back before any distributions to yourself.

Our experience is that a lot of our women tenants prefer contractors be there when they're not.

I would prefer a business line of credit buy the house with trad loan and refinance and pay back.
