Typically in my experience Tax collectors have best info for most recent contact since people have to pay them and they send bills and stuff, appraisers don't.  

No commingling of funds (ie paying building cost out of your personal check book or personal bill from the LLC checkbook).

You'll likely want an entire estate plan drafted including wills and health care directives and powers of attorney, etc. as well.
