If so, I'd pass because that shows a consistent pattern of poor financial behavior and you can bet you'll soon be added to that list.The point is, you should look at more than just the score.

If I could just pick your brain for a second...in what I do, inexpensive rentals and handyman rehab, I simply HAVE TO HAVE a highly reliable HVAC/plumbing guy for AC/furnace and boiler repair, replacement, and maintenance.

I recently closed on my first property-- a 4plex picked up using an FHA mortgage near downtown Anchorage.

If I could go back in time I would pick one type of investment strategy find someone doing it and follow them.The other thing is (and ididn't realize this until i realized it) I would have work on my mind.
