I now have the EMD lender blowing up my phone saying he needs to get paid and if I dont pay him by a certain period or pay more money due to the length its been he is going to "blast" me on his social media and stating he is the "last person I want to mess with", is this allowed?

So, I may have to find out who this person is or simply go to closing and be prepared to deal with this occupant.On the other hand the bank is having trouble providing the legal corporation paper work required by my title company. here is the latest email from Title to Bank: “Please have the seller (the bank) contact their attorney to provide the needed paperwork.

Or perhaps the seller can provide you some financing.My guess is that any US-based lender would be making more of a personal loan than anything because it would likely be hard for them to put a lien against a property outside the States.Perhaps there are private lenders in that country that would be willing to lend to you as they would be more familiar with securing loans against properties there.
