@Aaron RoggensackIf you are putting all of the properties into a series LLC or a Holding LLC with several single member LLCs the top level should file as a partnership to allow for maximum flexibility.

If you're going to be in a partnership vice a sole proprietorship then the property being owned as an LLC is easier.

The shower issue...over time the valves get hard water build up or the seals break down so the valve doesn't function at 100% anymore...... its in no way a water safety issue....annoying.... but not a threat to the safety of the unit...Microwave....gonna cost you more for a "$20 temporary one" and then having a tech look at the original and then replace the glass.... then just replacing it.

We currently use Guesty to manage our 60+ listings but are strongly considering switching away because it is to expensive and there are better ways provide the functionality that they provide.
