If you have your regular people a Temp Agency may be willing to put them on their books and charge you the normal fee on top of the paid wage.In a perfect world everyone you hire would give you a written quote on company letter head spelling out the scope of work, estimated cost, obtain the materials on your behalf, bring all their own equipment to the job site, show that they are registered and bonded in the municipality where the work is being done, and pull the permits.

Now the question is since the income bracket is at the 12% normally you would be in the 0% capital gains bracket but it also states that this does not apply to real estate so what % tax would be charged on this capital gains?

If rental is offered for $600 a month with utilities in the building next to use, nobody will rent from you for $600+RUBS- note, laundry usually does not bring extra income, it is normally installed for tenanats convenience. - let phone entry is also important but again, compare it to rental around you.

I spent a lot of time on City-data.com and Trulia.com and crime heat maps.I used google maps at the ground level to see generally how people took care of their properties and what kind of cars they drive.

If I was determined to follow my expensive dream like this (maybe think of it in terms of wanting to buy an expensive luxury item like a boat or a car) then I would put off acquiring it until I have built a better base of income and savings.
