They charge massive amounts of fees and the homeowner has nothing left to pass down to their children/grandchildren/etc.There may be some instances where a program such as this would be beneficial, but I feel, from an investor's standpoint, that it should be a last resort.

I recommend the first as property values are souring right now, and in my opinion, this will only continue as we are about to experience massive inflation.

Are they serious about being massively successful in RE or could they leave it all behind.Ask them to share their worst deal, what went wrong, what happened, then shut up and listen.

Is there a way to buy up that much property without a massive savings account or does the old adage of it takes money to make money come in to play on large deals like these?
