Often times, the caseworkers are listed by their clients' last name.  

@Harry Brooklyn, you have a pretty good list there.  

It needs little repair/work as the owner is a contractor and his daughter initially lived in the home, so he's kept it up-to-date.

Both NJ & NY have higher taxes, higher sale prices, and higher number of offers per listing. 

We used Angies List and found a handyman who now services all of our units which are 1+ hours from us.

I would reply back "how can we put an offer in if we have no idea of the condition of the home".Are these properties that are listed on the market?  

They are supposed to be out of Texas but can't find in the SOS listings.

@Jace Perry, while I would not say I have a deep affinity for the space, I have some passive investments as an LP in unanchored strip fund and have just started clicking around on listings for smaller neighborhood centers 20-30k sq ft in tertiary markets along the main retail corridor for those markets.
