Will I be ok if i leave it as a multi-member LLC or should i try to correct it to a single-member somehow?

My husband would like to demolish the garage and just have a concrete pad for parking where the garage was-- with reasons being that the garage is not usable for a car, the concrete pad would provide better parking than the driveway and renters like to fill garages with junk and then when they leave it's a mess to clean up . 

I am entertaining making some cash purchases and then refinancing cash out leaving 20-25% in the properties.What I was hoping to learn more about would be people's experiences with making cash purchases for several properties. 

It doesn't get us all the way there, but it's improved our NOI quite a bit so far and as many of the current tenants leave we can change this even more if we need to. 

The reason for leaving is "getting married and moving in with new spouse".

I did leave a bucket under the leak today. 

They often give the tenant more time to leave under the 30 day notice to vacate.  

A bad property in a good market still has options, but even the best property in a terrible market leaves your hands tied.I don't know this specific market, but anything that is reliant on one industry sounds like a red flag to me.Hope it helps!

On the search for one that covers my PITI, then brings in a nice cash flow after I leave in a few years.
