Hi guys,I am interested in the EV charging station investment under the light of Electric Vehicle amount will be growing faster in the near future.

I also let them know this is a one time deal.It's ironic that my check engine light come on yesterday and if my husband is correct we may need a new motor if his code reader is correct. 

So far, we are sticking with our original plan to gut the bathrooms down to studs and rebuild, new pre-hung doors, light fixtures, flooring, and paint throughout.

The build up of even light layer of scale/crust on the rim of the opening makes a loose seal.  

New can lighting being installed in the living room.

I'm hoping someone worth more experience can shed some light on this for me.Thanks!

Degree in finance with a real estate emphasis, taken the courses construction management and landscape construction, trying to get some field experience with Habitat for Humanity, and I'm working for a subcontractor as their construction accountant (so we can check off some of the administrative knowledge). 

I don't know about the rest of you RE folks.. but that seems a little light after tax's why are you folks not saying you need 20 to 30k a month. .after tax that will be closer to the 10k...

(it hasn't happened yet, but it's right on my card and I tell every landscaper, attorney, mail person, barber I talk with )*I close

So keep that in mind when you are setting things up like utilities and landscaping.
