I know neighs watch what’s going on, and of course nervous jitters made it a little hard to figure out how to get in with the code, and lock box, using my phone light, etc etc, I could have easily been mistaken for a robber.

Vacant homes are especially scary, though I've never felt threatened by a client, but have been plenty nervous about the idea that someone may be camped out in the vacant home.

That's what we do.I think for the C class working mans rental portfolio I would choose a decent pick up truck.. new old would not matter.I get a little nervous driving to nice of a car to meet my banker for lunch or show him a project..
