I have two properties in Memphis (and others in Atlanta and Indianapolis) and am looking into buying a large multifamily apartment in Memphis.  

Turnkey companies from various markets including Memphis, Cleveland, Toledo, Indianapolis and Kansas City  are very well represented here on the site.

Most contractors are watched by a HUD inspector who will investigate the property and make sure the work is being completed in a workmanlike manner. 

The main/primary Team members are Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, General Contractors, and Handeymen.

Can anyone recommend a good local home inspector in the Folsom area?

That usually gets me several reports of mostly legitimate issues that I missed in the first couple weeks after move-in, then quiet after that.I've found the PA housing authority office staff and housing inspectors to be helpful too.
