I live in a town where vacation rentals are quite popular and I am interested in getting a few over the next few years.  

I have connection in Lincoln with people in real estate, but I believe knowledge and wisdom are incredible valuable and I will take all of it that I can get!

In my case, getting money to invest through basic personal financial management was far easier than finding an incredible deal or using a creative financing solution.My alternative was to attempt to find a screaming deal from a motivated seller.  

On top of that my town and the neighborhoods within have very popular facebook groups that everyone communicates through.

It is located in a popular area near downtown Dallas. 

The house is a 4/1 1930's bungalow in the metro Atlanta area located in a popular/heavily hipster populated part of town (inside the perimeter off the proposed belt line, for those familiar with the area).  

Iv'e been looking for a 3 bed 2 bath home in the lake Stevens, WA area. I've noticed the price of homes are high compared to the rents . I can't seem to find something that will fit the #'s I'm shooting for.

Some people take a longer path to get started but at that point you should have incredible momentum to take you as far as you are able.Good luck and enjoy the beautiful San Diego area.
