Loans with 90% or less can not cancel until 11 years or the maturity, which ever occurs first.

From what i've seen in the videos it has a few more features then mine does and might be a bit more mature (I.e. less bugs).

It will have pretty clear rules for how to act like mature business-minded people so that emotions don't overpower original intentions.
