Checking it out visually and in person is  an intangible human test that you can't quantify, but IMO is incredibly important.

I've visited 3 auctions so far and what I've noticed are a few things: (1) A good deal of these properties are distressed only financially and can bring huge profits without much if any work in my opinion (I'm a home builder)....(2) It's rare to find a property that is vacant unless it's a total loss...Best ways of dealing with eviction in a HUMANE way...(3) I notice that there are a lot of the same faces there every week so some people are making some good money.

(The hope is that by 2021, that remedies for this virus, will have been created; however, creating viable vaccines can be a long process, given that many vaccines are defective, due to they create what is called disease enhancement, that is that they also have the undesirable effect, of making a virus worse, while designed to precipitate human immune response to a virus.

Depending on how big the area is, you might find a dealer that has remnants, but in our area it's hard to beat the Home Depot or Lowes deals for new carpet and pad installations.
